Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe?  Yes! I take every precaution possible in making sure the trip will be 100% safe. The boat has all the necessary safety equipment needed. A great thing about the inlet is, it has a very consistent wind and weather. Great for people who want to learn some basics or just enjoy the ride. I also supply life jackets if you don't have access to your own. 

Will sailing make me want to become a pirate? I mean...Yeah, of course! 

Are children welcome aboard? Yes! 

Will we need a bigger boat? No? There haven't been any Jaws sightings in the inlet that I am aware of. Although there is a fair amount of chubby seals.

What if the weather sucks? It happens. We'll have a pretty good idea a couple of days out on how the weather should be. I only do 1 tour a day, so if we can move it to earlier or later that day I certainly will.

But what if the weather really sucks? If it's possible to switch days to a better time we certainly will try to accommodate that. If it just won't be a thing, your deposit will be returned in full. 

I fancy myself a bit of a day drinker, is that cool? I'd prefer people don't drink on the boat. 

So I should drink it all before going onboard? That's a terrible idea.
